I went to a Korean restaurant with my mother, sister, brother-in-law, and niece. But I came back home soon because of my stomach ache. I'm terribly sorry that I couldn't enjoy dinner!
Our dog Koro, which is 16 years old, seems demented lately. He is always walking in the garden, and often gets stuck everywhere and barks. It was rainning yesterday, but he walked soaking wet.
At night, we diaper Koro and have him staying in our room. I wonder if Koro can live until the end of the year.
I have a stomach ache now. I guess it is because I went out for dinner two days.
Last month, I didn't write my blog so often. So I decided to write it everyday, at least in December. It is really tough for me, but I'd like to try, even though I can write only one sentence in a day.
I had a flat tire of my bicycle. I was going to ask a repair shop to fix it, but usually it takes about 1,000 yen. So I tried to fix it by myself. The tube inside the tire seemed too old, so I thought it should be replaced.
It was really tough work to release the tire from the frame because of the rust. But I managed to do that.
I'm really tired since I met my friend from UK on Tuesday and Wednesday. It was a nice and enjoyable time.
I'm going to write about that soon.
I started carrying a lunch box with me last week since I spent a lot of money these days. I make most of side dishes for my lunch on weekend and freeze them. So I have to eat the same thing for every lunch.
I finally finished reading "Harry Potter and the Prizoner of Azkaban" yesterday. It took over 2 monthes to read it, but the book is really interesting.
I borrowed the 4th book, "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" today. I am very surprised how thick the book is. I can't anticipate when I finish it. But I'd like to read it everyday as much as I can.
Our office is closed from August 13th to 16th. It is Obon period. I don't have any special plan for this holiday. Yesterday, I went to a big bookstore with my niece. The book store is too far from my house to get there by bicycle, so I asked my niece to go with me by her car.
The bookstore also sold stationery, so I bought two refills for my notebook, and a double-faced tape. I'd like to arrange my notebook for my autumn trip to UK.
I found a sausage recipe using "Okara" (bean curd refuse) instead of meat on the Internet. I tried cooking it. It was too delicious to find that it didn't contain meat at all. I think the taste of garlic and ketchup is really effective for it. Honestly there are some vegetarian recipes which aren't so delicious. But I highly recommend this!
